As ah tiong in my room suggested, i shall blog, abt melancholy and disillusioning stuff since i am never gonna write another depressing lit essay forever more. hahah (this brings back memories of jude the obscure and albatross)

Anw, life as we grow older becomes wierder, in the sense that the people we meet becomes more complicated. Thats because we get more exposed to the different people from all walks of like. People with different ambitions, different agenda and sometimes differing moral grounds.

Gone are the days where people just say what's on their mind. In primary school, if the children are not happy, things are made known with a simple "I dun Fren YOu!" Short and sweet.

Then in secondary school, there tend to be shoutings and attituding people. They who express themselves through the slamming of the door, the kicking of chairs. Though this expression of displeasure sounds kinda violent, it is nonetheless out in the open and as a result probably easier to put a closure to.

But when we make the transition to adulthood, things start to get complicated. You don't know who to trust anymore..Because of the social expectations, everyone appears to be ur "best bud". But because of the need to survive, they hide their true opinions. Hypocrisy i say!

So you know the truth..... "TRUST NO ONE!!" okay sounds abit extreme and looney. what i mean is be careful of who you trust. 防人之心不可无。(one must always be wary of others) Seriously, you never know when someone will stab you in the back and you can only hope that, that stab isn't fatal.
