I Want to go to India

Been motivated by the visa ad recently. Okay not so much by that ad alone. But ever since i watched mystic india at the science centre. I really strikes me that it is a very beautiful place amid poverty. The color, culture and tradition overwhelms the soul. There is so much diversity. The documentaries i've watched on Discovery. Kind of opened my eyes. The urban don't attract me so much as the rural. Yes, i know that most that they show on screen is the pretty picture, and that i'm not to be decieved by that. Well if i go to india someday, hopefully others hardship will let me understand how truly lucky we all are right now.

Rockstar INXS: Marty Casey




























This guy totally Rock! If you people don't know, he's a participant for rockstar INXS, in which INXs is holding a competition to find a new lead singer in replace of their demised old one. So yeah marty casey is down to the remaining three that's left in the competion. Personally, i hope he wins the competion, yet i dun think he's right for INXS. I mean he seems too good for them. Furthermore he already has his own rock band called the lovehammers, based in Chicago. Now, with all the publicity, he can take his band all over the world. So he don't need INXS at all. Man can this guy rock. The way he sang "creep" from radiohead and his very own song "Trees" totally blew me away. The tune for trees is so catchy it keeps ringing in my head. Remember this guy's name :Marty Casey. he'll be famous in no time i assure you. Then you'll be able to say "hey knew this guy before you did"

Creativity or crime?

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No it's a white elephant of Buangkok MRT!!!

Watched the news yesterday and i saw this on screen. I did a double-take and looked closer. Indeed it's an artistically drawn white elephant. i chuckled to myself and thought at long last singaporeans are finally taking the advice to be more daring and to express opinions and try out something new. But then THE POLICE are going to look into it!! what the...... Ok are'nt they over reacting ? come on this is all in the name of good humour. It ain't gonna hurt no one. Plus it looks cute, quite similar to the cows months earlier. Hahah! i wonder whether they took it down already. I want to see it for myself.
