An inconvenient truth

Mrs ong!!! where are you??? you'll love this clip. Let us journeyback to the days where we had our geography class. Feel the nostalgia. yes... Okay, prepare yourself for the chilling truth which faces us and the earth. If this clip does not grab your attention,.. then.. i really have nothing to say . (press play then pause for the thing to load first or else it'll be very distracting if the video stops halfway)

What should we do?
Have you watched it? The next step is what to do? Shld we.. recycle more? perhaps use less plastic bags? Or maybe decide to sacrifice and go without air-con for a while. Will these small things work?

Would it matter?

would our personal sacrifice ever dream of affecting the world as a whole? Maybe it will! Who knows! What we know for sure is that the economy/market will continue making decisions what ever they may be as long as revenue keeps pouring in. What we need is major changes. I stand for more policies. More laws enforced. More restrictions of gas emissions. Whatever it takes to make a change on a major scale.

Unless you, me and the world does smth soon. In my opoinion, what is predicted in the trailer, Would probably happen. If not in this lifetime then the next or the next.
The truth is nobody cares. Nobody bloody cares. Don't mind my pessimistic view on this subject, i only hope that not everyone holds the same pessimism.

Word salad
Definition of word salad taken off wikipedia

In the mental health field, word salad (originally from the german Wortsalat) is used to describe the symptom of confused, and often repetitious, language that is symptomatic of various mental illnesses. It is usually associated with a manic presentation and other symptoms of serious mental illnesses, such as psychoses, including schizophrenia. It describes the apparently confused usage of words with no apparent meaning or relationship attached to them.

e.g. the question "Why do people believe in God?" elicits a response like "Because he makes a twirl in life, my box is broken help me blue elephant. Isn't lettuce brave? I like electrons, hello."

If you still don't get what this tasty sounding symptom is, you can view this highly entertaining video of james spader frm boston legal and you'll understand.
